A Typical Day

• 08:00 AM - Power Breakfast

• Fuel up with fresh fruits, Moroccan pancakes, eggs, and coffee.

• 09:30 AM - Spot Check & Departure

• Coaches check the forecast and drive you to the best break of the day.

• 10:00 AM - Morning Surf Session

• 2 hours of guided coaching and catching waves.

• 12:30 PM - Lunch on the Beach

• Relax on the sand with a packed lunch and soak in the sun.

• 02:00 PM - Free Surf / Video Analysis

• Practice what you learned or review footage with your coach.

• 05:00 PM - Return to Camp

• Shower, relax on the terrace, or explore Tamraght village.

We are pleased to introduce Miss Surfista as an esteemed member of the Surf Coaching Morocco team. She is an ISA-certified female surf instructor with significant ties to the surf communities of Taghazout and Tamraght. Having been born and raised along Morocco's Atlantic coast, she has been engaged in surfing since childhood and possesses unparalleled local knowledge that enhances each coaching session.

Miss Surfista is dedicated to fostering inclusivity in the sport of surfing, with a particular focus on empowering women and girls who are navigating a traditionally male-dominated environment. Her coaching methodology is characterized by patience, encouragement, and a personal touch, aimed at building confidence in the water, one wave at a time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best time to visit?

Morocco offers year-round surfing. For beginners, anytime is great! For intermediate to advanced surfers looking for larger swells and point breaks (like Anchor Point), the best season is between October and April.

Do i need to bring my own surfboard and wetsuit?

Not at all! All our surf camp packages include high-quality surfboard and wetsuit rental. However, if you prefer your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it.

How do i get fom the airport to the camp?

We offer airport transfers from Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA), which is about a 45-minute drive to our camp in Tamraght/Taghazout. Just let us know your flight details when booking.

Is it safe to travel to Morocco?

Yes, the Agadir and Taghazout regions are very safe and welcoming to tourists. It's a well-established surf hub with a friendly local community

Can I request a female surf instructor?

Yes! Miss Surfista, our ISA-certified female instructor, is available for private, semi-private, and group lessons. She also runs women-only surf camp sessions on request. Simply mention when booking that you'd like a female coach and we'll arrange it for you. This is popular with solo female travelers, women's groups, and families with daughters.
